A Bit About Me

Hey, I'm Veljko Djuric from Nis, primarily a music industry manager who represents artists and connects them with influential and established music labels, so that their music and visual identity can reach as large an audience as possible, and they get the opportunity to present their music releases at major music festivals and be heard globally on digital platforms.

I am one of the founders and leaders of the label Flictus, which has been gathering young artists and performers from the surrounding area since 2020, offering them the chance to publish their music and perform at local music festivals (such as "Dodji na Amfi," "Nisville," and similar musical events).

Currently, I am in charge of artist management, digital marketing, and original music creation for artists in my management catalog.

Cooperation with the publishing house Parabellum, which currently has approximately 50 million views on YouTube and represents one of the largest publishing houses in the region that promotes unestablished talents (performers and authors), is significant for my work because I established a connection and then artists from my catalog published their projects on this YouTube channel.

In addition, as a result of my engaged, devoted, and dedicated work in the field of management, I have expanded my partnership beyond language barriers and the borders of my country by collaborating with the publishing house Vocalfy, for whose artists I have written music and lyrics for several upcoming releases.

Within the framework of the Youth Heroes project, I also was part of one of Europe's largest and most popular festivals, the EXIT festival.

I am actively involved in writing lyrics, composing music, and creating arrangements for artists from a variety of genres, including r&b, rap, trap, deep house, and pop/rock.

Many upcoming releases from artists I manage will be published soon, and some of them will be in collaboration with some of the largest regional publishing houses.

Furthermore, I am the founder and CEO of the digital distributor "talas", which has been publishing music releases on digital services and audio platforms (like Spotify, Deezer, Itunes, etc.) from 2021, intending to gain the music of the artists in my manager's catalog worldwide accessibility and recognition.

All at the same, I analyze the results of the published project's success using special online services such as SpotifyForArtist, but I also track the statistics of promoted materials on social networks using specialized digital tools.

The "talas" platform allows performers to monetize their work while also protecting the copyright and interpretation rights of performers and creators.

Finally, because I believe that constant progress, education, and ambitions are essential in business, so I stay up to date on new developments through various courses, lectures and programs offered by local universities such as SAE Institute Belgrade or SKY MUSIC ACADEMY, as well as prestigious world universities such as Virginia University, Berklee College, and the University of Marlyland.

I intend to focus my future education on operational, project, and brand management, traditional and digital marketing, as well as business strategies for doing business in the music industry, because I definitely see myself working in the music industry in the future.
